- Soak almonds overnight and then wash and drain
- Put in a blender with 4 cups filtered water and all of the other ingredients and blend for about a minute or so
- Pour into a nut milk bag over a big bowl and strain through
- Pour milk into a glass bottle and refrigerate
Lasts about 3-4 days
You can use any other nuts that you fancy – cashews and hazelnuts taste amazing too!
