Homemade Almond Milk

1 cup Natural Almonds
2 Medjool Dates
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla essence


  1. Soak almonds overnight and then wash and drain
  2. Put in a blender with 4 cups filtered water and all of the other ingredients and blend for about a minute or so
  3. Pour into a nut milk bag over a big bowl and strain through
  4. Pour milk into a glass bottle and refrigerate

Lasts about 3-4 days

You can use any other nuts that you fancy – cashews and hazelnuts taste amazing too!
