Simple Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed PuddingIngredients

½ cup black chia seeds
3 cups almond milk (homemade if possible)
3 tablespoons maple syrup


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let it sit on the bench for 5-10 minutes then stir again
  2. Place in fridge for approximately 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally
  3. Eat and enjoy topped with some berries, coconut, or anything else you fancy
